Target

IntroductionGamma-enolase, also known as enolase 2 (ENO2) or neuron-specific enolase (NSE), is an enzyme encoded by the ENO2 gene in humans. γ-enolase is phosphopyruvate hydratase.γ-enolase is one of three enolase isozymes found in mammals. This isozyme is a homodimer and is found in mature neurons and cells of neuronal origin. During the development of rats and primates, the neural tissues changed from α-enolase to γ-enolase.
Product OverviewThis product is a Rabbit antibody against the AA 30-70 of the ENO2. It can be used for ENO2 detection in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin.
