Target

IntroductionNeuraminidase is an enzyme that cleaves sialic acid groups from glycoproteins. Influenza neuraminidase, a neuraminidase found on the surface of influenza viruses, allows the virus to be released from host cells. Influenza neuraminidase consists of four identical subunits arranged in a square. It usually attaches to the surface of the virus via a long protein stalk. The active site is located in a deep depression on the upper surface. They bind to polysaccharide chains and snip off sugars at the ends.
Product OverviewThe Influenza B Neuraminidase antibody is used as Infectious Disease Antibodies.
