Plasmid Information
Product Overview | pBT3-STE is a membrane protein yeast two-hybrid plasmid. The DUALmembrane system is a yeast-based screening assay to identify and characterize protein-protein interactions between integral membrane proteins, membrane-associated proteins and soluble proteins in their natural setting. When using the DUALmembrane system interactions between full-length integral membrane proteins can be detected in situ at cellular membranes. |
