Description | XL1-Blue MRF` Kan chemical competitive cells The XL1-Blue MRF'Kan strain is derived from the XL1-Blue strain and is a restriction enzyme system deletion type [∆(mcrA)183, ∆(mcrCB-hsdSMR-mrr)173], and has kanamycin resistance (KanR ), which can transform plasmids with resistance to chloramphenicol or tetracycline. Mutation of recA1 and endA1 facilitates the stability of insert DNA and the extraction of high-purity plasmid DNA. |
