Specifications
Description | The Mach1-T1 strain is transformed from the wild-type non-K-12 E. Coli W strain. It is one of the fastest growing competitive cells at present. Cloning can be seen on the plate for 8 hours, and the endonuclease (endA) is deleted. The yield and quality of plasmid DNA are improved; the recombinase-deficient type (recA1398) reduces the probability of homologous recombination of the inserted fragment and ensures the stability of the inserted DNA. |
Gene Types | F- φ80 (lacZ)ΔM15 ΔlacX74 hsdR (rK- mK+) ΔrecA1398 endA1 tonA |
Size | 100 µL/vial |
QC result | Transformation efficiency of pUC19 plasmid detection>5×109 cfu/μg DNA |
Note | 1. Competent cells should be slowly thawed in ice, and the target DNA should be added within 8 minutes of inserting into ice. Do not keep in ice for too long, as long-term storage will reduce the transformation efficiency. 2. Be gentle when mixing plasmids or ligation products. 3. Transforming high concentrations of plasmids or high-efficiency ligation products can correspondingly reduce the amount of bacteria that are ultimately used for plating. |
