Target

IntroductionThe Arabidopsis genome is predicted to encode 13 canonical MBD proteins, although only three of them, MBD5, MBD6, and MBD7, specifically bind methylated CG sites in vitro. The functions of these plant MBD proteins are poorly understood, but available information is consistent with a conserved role as DNA methylation effectors leading to transcriptional repression.
Product OverviewMouse Anti-Arabidopsis MBD6 Antibody is a mouse antibody against MBD6. It can be used for MBD6 detection in Western Blot, Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay.
