Target

IntroductionGlycoprotein E2 is the immunodominant protein of classical swine fever virus (CSFV), which induces neutralizing antibodies and confers protective immunity in pigs. Our previous phylogenetic analysis indicated that subgroup 2.1 viruses branched from subgroup 1.1 (vaccine C-strain lineage) and predominated in China. The E2 glycoproteins of the CSFV C strain and the recent 2.1 subgroup field isolates are genetically distinct. However, it has not been clearly demonstrated how this diversity affects the antigenicity of proteins.
Product OverviewVeterinary research is an important and expanding field of research in cancer, infectious diseases, reproduction and other biological processes. Creative Biolabs offers conjugated and unconjugated monoclonal antibodies against a broad range of mammalian and non-mammalian protein targets. Many of our high-quality, identified antibodies are reactive in species relevant to veterinary research, including equine, canine, bovine, porcine, and avian. To map any antibody of interest, click on the desired species below and select the proteome of the antibody of interest. Alternatively, a complete alphabetical list of antibodies can be browsed under each species.
