Target
Introduction | Isovaleryl-CoA dehydrogenase (IVD) is a mitochondrial matrix enzyme that catalyzes the third step in leucine catabolism. The genetic deficiency of IVD results in an accumulation of isovaleric acid, which is toxic to the central nervous system and leads to isovaleric acidemia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. |
Product Overview | Mouse Anti-Arabidopsis IVD Antibody is a mouse antibody against IVD. It can be used for IVD detection in Western Blot, Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay. |
Alternative Names | Isovaleryl-CoA Dehydrogenase |
UniProt ID | Q9SWG0 |
Protein Refseq | The length of the protein is 409 amino acids long.
