Target

IntroductionN-acetyl procainamide (NAPA) is the N-acetylated metabolite of procainamide. It is a class III antiarrhythmic drug, only partially as active as procainamide. NAPA is a potassium channel blocker that binds to potassium channels. The electrophysiological properties of NAPA are slightly different from those of procainamide, but its antiarrhythmic mechanism is similar to that of procainamide.
Product OverviewThe NAPA antibody is used as Drug antibodies.
